Most illnesses begin in adolescence and young adulthood. By age 40, they either progress or lead to other problems, or both.

The causes of illnesses at an early age are perfectly clear, and I've already written about them. They consist of just three factors: genes, infections, and toxins . Everyone should remember this triad. There's nothing else to consider. Yes, some might now blame injuries, but this factor is more the exception than the rule.

For example, many people develop AIT in their youth, often preceded by either parental genes or tonsillitis and other throat infections, or all three.

Another example is bilirubin accumulation. Genes. In Gilbert's syndrome and similar conditions, a person is poisoned from adolescence by a red blood cell breakdown product, indirect bilirubin. Its accumulation in tissues leads to constant immune activation, and ultimately to chronic inflammation.

And even when we consider a person with good genes, he also becomes vulnerable at a certain age, due to the accumulation of the consequences of infections and toxins.

For example, let's take a hypothetical "alpha man" (this could also be an "alpha woman 🙂"). In their youth and young adulthood, such individuals are hyperactive, which includes sports, girls, alcohol, and risky activities. All of this leaves its mark on the body. Sports create oxidative stress, unhealthy sexual partners create infections (such as sexually transmitted infections), alcohol/drugs create toxins, risky activities create stress and toxins, and so on. Ultimately, by age 40, such a person will also have problems, even with their genetic potential, which they could waste.🙂

Why am I writing this? :) Because when people contact me, they should understand that improving their health is not just about taking supplements. 🙂If you've spent half your life hanging out at all sorts of horse parties, loved to drink, smoke, and spend long periods of time at home after all this, taking antidepressants, THEN the concept of karma is more relevant here than anywhere else... And it will be difficult to help you, no matter how much I want to!

Similarly, if you're unlucky with your genes, your path to health should begin with developing your intellect and earning more money. Because to compensate for your genes, you need genetic testing, supplements, expensive healthy food, housing in an ecologically clean area, and much more.🙂

In general, I'm trying to say that we need to understand and take care of our health from a young age. Understanding that we are all essentially biological machines whose breakdowns are difficult, and sometimes simply impossible, to fix.
