In some of my posts, I have already written about immunity, but I have not covered the topic very well. Therefore, in this post I will make a top supplements for immunity that objectively helped me cope with infections, especially in the winter season.
First, a small digression. These supplements can only be taken by people who do not have any autoimmune diseases! The supplements increase the activity of the immune system in relation to tissues (activation of Th1\NK cells).

In short, according to my observations, the main immunostimulating properties of this extract are manifested by stimulating the βreleaseβ of stem cells into the bloodstream. From which leukocytes of different phenotypes, NK cells and other tissues then appear. Due to these properties, Astragalus is used in Korea\China to enhance the growth of children during puberty. I did not notice any anabolic properties from it on tissue, but I did notice an effect on blood cells. Conclusions:
My experience confirms that it is possible to reduce the frequency of seasonal illnesses using the above supplements. In my case, the basic regimen consists of Astragalus and Berberine. I take these supplements on a regular basis during the winter season. I take other supplements from the list in courses. In three years of this regimen, I was sick only twice, lasting 3 days without consequences for the body. Not afraid to hang out with covid patients, not afraid to shake hands, touch the face, etc. While my relatives and friends (vaccinated ) get sick stably several times a year with a duration of weeks.
Oh, yes, I forgot to add that people with autoimmune diseases from this list can only take berberine and fucoidan. And of course there are more studies on these supplements, I just chose links to some of them.
