In my last post, I criticized the blind faith in HPV vaccination. Most doctors believe it's the only preventative method against HPV. They do so because of pharmaceutical companies' propaganda and an unwillingness to understand physiology and immunology. I live by the principle: if you criticize, suggest something. So here's a working approach to getting rid of HPV. It's also partially applicable to preventative protection against other viruses.
The first thing you need to do is remove all your papillomas. This can be done at home using a removal product based on a mixture of acids (such as "Antipapiloma"). These substances essentially damage the tissue where they are applied, making them cytotoxic. If you're afraid of such procedures, consult a dermatologist. However, you should remove all papillomas.
The next step involves Th1 immunostimulation with immunomodulators. The first thing you need to buy is interferon ointment (not available in Ukrainian) or drops. I found interferon in nasal drops for my "patients"—Nazoferon. It can be used topically, but it doesn't penetrate the skin well. Therefore, it should be applied immediately after removal (without touching the wounds to avoid infection) to the areas where the papillomas were. If time has passed since removal, apply it after a shower to steamed skin (or after applying urea cream). Specifically to the areas where the papillomas were. This is important to prevent recurrence.
These measures aren't enough; you also need to use immune modulators (Th1 activators). I recommend the following dietary supplements (the most basic and proven ones) as examples:
— Astragalus extract . You need to choose a dietary supplement containing it, as there are many available, and not all of them are effective. For example, there used to be a working liquid from Herb Pharm. Substances from this herb have been proven to stimulate cellular immunity and suppress HPV (Astragalin).
— AHCC. This drug is widely used in Japan to boost immunity. It's made from mushrooms. It increases NK cell count. There are even clinical trials.
By following these recommendations, you can eliminate the symptoms of HPV and other viruses (we're talking about dietary supplements). However, remember that such supplements will not work if you have anemia or other anabolic issues (dieting, glucocorticosteroid use, hypothyroidism, etc.).
You need to address your immune system issues in a comprehensive manner—understanding your genes, understanding your deficiencies, understanding your bad habits…
