There are a number of local companies in Ukraine that promise genetic testing and its interpretation without dealing with foreign companies. I won't name them because it's expensive and I don't like their work —the number of polymorphisms in their tests and interpretations is limited. Their geneticists are poorly educated, and some of them outright deceive their clients. Furthermore, they perform the sequencing themselves through intermediaries in Europe and the United States.
If a company opens in Ukraine that offers full genome or exome sequencing and detailed transcription, I'll be the first to advertise them for free. 
In the meantime, it's best to order DNA testing directly from Western companies.
There is one problem with Western companies: their delivery services do not work with Ukraine.I'm not entirely sure why this is, but I can guess that Ukraine isn't in the EU, and it's not their primary market. In this article, I'll explain how to bypass this restriction in Ukraine using the Nova Poshta service.

Starter is an analogue of 23andMe
Advanced is an advanced analogue of 23andMe
Ultra – whole exome DNA sequencing
If you have the money and want to know everything about your health, I recommend the Ultra package. If you're on a budget, the Starter and Advanced packages will help. The only difference here is in the results description; there's no point in overpaying for Advanced if you won't be interpreting the results with them. But also remember that for complex pathologies (autism, etc.), the culprit genes can only be identified with whole-exome sequencing in the Ultra package .
So, when you order the test, you'll see that Ukraine isn't listed on the website's country list, and the support chat will tell you they don't ship to Ukraine. But that's okay.
Go to the Nova Poshta service: https://npshopping.com/ and register. Use your first and last name in Cyrillic; the service will automatically transliterate it. They give you an address in the European Union (use Spanish):
We take this address and order a DNA test on the tellmeGen website. We use the first and last name after transliteration in the npshopping.com service . т.е важно чтоб ваше имя и фамилия совпали с именем и фамилией в npshopping.com.
Через какое-то время после оплаты вам пришлют на электронную почту номер для отслеживания посылки с набором для ДНК тестирования:
После заказа и оплаты постоянно проверяйте email на наличие номера посылки. Этот номер нужно сразу же(!!) указать в сервисе новой почты где вы взяли адрес — Кабинет-Добавить отправление (https://npshopping.com/orders). Далее нужно указать данные — что в посылке, цену, и компанию что отправляет (это GENELINK SL).
Посылка идет на склад новой почты в европейской стране, адрес которой вы указали, а потом новая почта перенаправляет ее к вам в Украину. Весь этот процесс можно отслеживать в новой почты. Да, они берут за это %, но это очень удобно. Я с большим уважением отношусь к ним как к бизнесу, европейским почтовым службам до них очень далеко. Также помните, что наши политики-вредители ввели пошлину на посылки стоимостью выше 150 евро. Однако ДНК тест Starter стоит дешевле этого порога.
Отправка теста обратно в tellmeGen™ из Украины
После того как вы заберете набор для ДНК тестирования из отделения новой почты, вам нужно собрать образец вашего ДНК (инструкция на упаковке набора) и обязательно зарегистрировать набор на их сайте по линку https://genportal.tellmegen.eu/welcome?lang=ru
На этом этапе в анкете нужно указать, что вы отправляете образец из Украины, также у них может возникнуть вопрос к вам, почему так, если тест вам отправляли на испанский адрес. В этом случае нужно объяснить что вы использовали сервис новой почты и дать номер вашего заказа — «International delivery service, np shopping (nova.global) , which delivers tests to Ukraine via EU countries. They handle parcel forwarding, in cases where online stores don’t work with Ukraine.» Так я отвечал им в письмах.. По итогу вам должны дать онлайн return letter — это таможенная этикетка для посылки.
Далее, упаковать пробирку обратно в коробку и отправить обратно в компанию. Адрес компании, вам напишут после регистрации теста на сайте. Сделать это можно любым международным сервисом отправки. В Украине это укр почта, новая почта, meest и возможно другие сервисы.
Как только набор с вашим ДНК дойдет до компании вам придет уведомление на email, что начато секвенирование вашего ДНК.
После выполнения этого процесса вы получите часть расшифровки прям на сайте tellmeGen (пример тут https://genportal.tellmegen.eu/home), однако их расшифровка примитивная (при пакете Advanced она больше, но все равно примитивная).
Вам нужно скачать cырые данные ДНК (raw dna data, что это я описал тут) и заниматься расшифровкой самостоятельно, через доступные сервисы, или у меня.
